The Model 406 Short-Tail Force Sensing Resistor (FSR) is an optimized single-direction pressure sensor that is widely used in human-machine touch control electronics such as automotive electronics, medical systems, industrial control and robotics applications. It is a two-pin type. A robust polymer thick film (PTF) inductor whose resistance decreases as the surface is subjected to increased pressure. It has a length and width of 38.0*83.0 mm effective area. It is one of the Yidali 406 series single direction pressure sensitive sensors.
