The Model 400 Short Tail Force Sensing Resistor (FSR) is an optimized single direction pressure sensor that is widely used in human electronic touch control electronics such as automotive electronics, medical systems, industrial control and robotics applications. It is a two-pin type. A robust polymer thick film (PTF) inductor whose resistance decreases as the surface is subjected to increased pressure. It has an effective area of 5.6 mm in diameter and is available in 4 connection options. It is one of the Yidali 402 series single direction pressure sensitive sensors.
